A week after the first public version of the Build Back Better Bill was released, a vote is expected in the House imminently–Friday or Saturday. Regarding biogas, the new bill has some slight changes to the extension of the CHP and new Energy Storage tax credits. One thing seems relatively certain though: the bill will change again once it hits the Senate and Senator Manchin’s vote is needed.
