Reinford Farms is a dairy farm that has operated 2 digesters since 2008 from a herd of about 700. The biogas system recycles manure and 4,200 TPY of food waste from local grocery chains into renewable electricity, bedding for their animals, crop fertilizer, and heat to dry corn, provide all heating needs on the farm, and pasteurizing the calf milk.
