Montauk Renewables Inc., a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, based Renewable Energy Company, is requesting solicitations of interest in offtake arrangements for the expected Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), Environmental Attributes and/or Carbon produced or anticipated to be produced from up to ten (10) of their current and future Renewable Energy producing facilities for delivery from some of their sites occurring as early as February 1, 2024 and other sites coming available over the next 12-24 months.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to interested parties who have executed the attached Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which will also be available to download for execution on our website at http://www.montaukrenewables.com/library
Responses to the RFP are due by October 20, 2023.
