September 5, 2025 – BerQ RNG (“BerQ”), a leading developer of renewable natural gas (RNG) projects, today announced it has completed the sale of two landfill-gas-to-RNG projects. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The first project located at the West Daviess County Landfill in Owensboro, Kentucky is near completion and will be fully operational before the end of the year. The second project located at the Oneida-Herkimer Regional Landfill in Boonville, New York is currently in development. Together, these projects will capture and refine landfill gas into pipeline-quality RNG, significantly reducing methane emissions and contributing to decarbonization in the transportation and energy sectors.
