Business of Biogas Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our attendees and sponsors to the best of our ability. However, due to the logistical considerations involved in organizing the BUSINESS OF BIOGAS event at the Four Seasons St. Louis, MO, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Requests:

  1. All attendee and/or sponsorship cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@americanbiogascouncil.org with the subject line
    “Cancellation Request – BUSINESS
    OF BIOGAS”
  2.  Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start date of the event (July 23, 2025) will be eligible for a full refund, less a 3% administrative fee.
  3. Refunds will be given at 50% value between 90 days and 30 days out from the event (July 23 – September 21, 2025).
  4. Refunds will not be given within 30 days of the start date of the event (September 21, 2025).
  5. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance of the event. Registrants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation will be considered “no-shows” and will not be eligible for refunds.
  6. Substitution: Attendee substitutions can be made at any time without penalty. Some expenses may apply depending on date.By registering for the BUSINESS OF BIOGAS event, attendees/sponsors agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
