To continue its growth trajectory, DMT shareholders (E.H.M. Dirkse Beheer BV and NV NOM) have decided to sell 100% of their holdings to Broadview Energy Solutions BV. Broadview, a Dutch company, is active in the field of LNG distribution. With the new shareholder, DMT continues to further develop and expand its business as well as continue its mission in creating a sustainable world.
