How to make sure our emails to you aren’t blocked
If you use the desktop version of Outlook:
- In Outlook, go to the home tab
- Click on the dropdown for Junk
- Choose Junk e-mail Options at the bottom
- Click on the SafeSenders tab
- Click on Add each of the following domains one by one:
- @americanbiogascouncil.org
- @digestate.org
- @stoneharbor.group
If you use the web- or Office 365-based version of Outlook:
- At the top of the screen, select Settings using the Settings icon (looks like a gear) > Mail.
- Under Options or Accounts, select Block or allow.
- In the Safe Senders and Recipients section, copy each of the following domains, and then the plus sign:
- @americanbiogascouncil.org
- @digestate.org
- @stoneharbor.group
If you use Gmail:
- Go to settings (the gear icon)
- Choose Filters and Blocked Addresses
- If any of the following domains or email addresses with those domains are blocked, unblock them
- Choose Create a new filter
- Paste in the From field one of the following domains:
- @americanbiogascouncil.org
- @digestate.org
- @stoneharbor.group
- Click Create filter with this search
- Check the box for Never send it to Spam and click the button for Create Filter.
- Repeat with each of the domains above in the From field
