How to make sure our emails to you aren’t blocked

If you use the desktop version of Outlook:

  • In Outlook, go to the home tab
  • Click on the dropdown for Junk
  • Choose Junk e-mail Options at the bottom
  • Click on the SafeSenders tab
  • Click on Add and type: @ttcorp.com
  • Click on Add and type: @americanbiogascouncil.org
  • Click on Add and type: @digestate.org
  • Click on Add and type: @multibriefs.com

If you use the web- or Office 365-based version of Outlook:

  • At the top of the screen, select Settings using the Settings icon (looks like a gear) > Mail.
  • Under Options or Accounts, select Block or allow.
  • In the Safe Senders and Recipients section, type @ttcorp.com and then the plus sign
  • In the Safe Senders and Recipients section, type @americanbiogascouncil.org and then the plus sign
  • In the Safe Senders and Recipients section, type @digestate.org and then the plus sign
  • In the Safe Senders and Recipients section, type @multibriefs.com and then the plus sign

If you use Gmail:

  • Go to settings (the gear icon)
  • Choose Filters and Blocked Addresses
  • If any of the following domains or email addresses with those domains are blocked, unblock them
  • Choose Create a new filter
  • Paste in the From field: @ttcorp.com
  • Click Create filter with this search
  • Check the box for Never send it to Spam and click the button for Create Filter.
  • Repeat steps 5-7 with @americanbiogascouncil.org in the From field
  • Repeat steps 5-7 with @digestate.org in the From field
  • Repeat steps 5-7 with @multibriefs in the From field
