Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and evolution of the Sustain Dane, Inc. operation. The Executive Director is the primary public-facing member of the Sustain Dane staff team. As such, promoting our mission and programs is job number one followed closely by engaging partners and securing resources to deliver on our mission. The Executive Director is responsible for supervising staff, and building and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
