ABC’s Operator to Leader Training is designed to help experienced operators take the next step in their careers and grow into high-impact leadership roles. You already have the technical foundation; this course builds professional skills that elevate operators into inspiring leaders. Through focused, practical instruction from two experienced renewable energy leaders you will understand how to succeed when taking that step from operator to official leader. This training goes beyond equipment and process knowledge to strengthen communication, prioritization, and cross-functional awareness, preparing operators to engage more effectively with their team, management, vendors, regulators, and project stakeholders.
