“The EPA and Trump’s Administration clearly have a flagrant disregard for the livelihood of farmers, rural America and renewable fuel producers of all kinds,” said Patrick Serfass, Executive Director of the American Biogas Council. “In a year in which agricultural interests have suffered under the strain of President Trump’s trade war, this action is especially callous.
