Clean Economy Works LLC is led by principal Todd Campbell. Campbell provides strategic planning for business development and project management execution to build an efficient, renewable, and biobased economy. Previously, he served as Senior Advisor for Energy and the Bioeconomy at the United States Department of Agriculture in the Rural Development mission area. In his seven years, he has contributed to regulation development, program implementation and special initiatives in a number of priorities areas in the United States. He is a member of the Bioeconomy Council Coordination Committee, USDA Science Council, USDA Climate Hub Executive Committee, Operations Committee for the Biomass Research and Development Board and has led work for the Department on commercial aviation biofuel development with the Farm to Fly initiative and methane utilization with the Biogas Opportunities Roadmap and through a partnership with the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy.
