Dane County Executive, and ABC member, Joe Parisi joined representatives from AQUA Innovations and GL Dairy Biogas LLC, along with three local dairy producers to cut the ribbon Tuesday on cutting-edge technology that turns cow manure from area farms into drinkable water.
