AURI’s (Agricultural Utilization Research Institute) mission statement is to foster long-term economic benefit for Minnesota through value-added agricultural products. While focused on Minnesota we actively collaborate on projects across the Midwest and as far as California. The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) helps develop new uses for agricultural products through science and technology, partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs to bring ideas to reality. AURI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation created by the Minnesota state legislature. While we are an independent nonprofit corporation, AURI is funded, in part by the Minnesota Legislature.
